Appointment times are estimates and may change due to operational conditions, traffic, scheduling, or prior job complexity.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window but do not guarantee arrival at a specific time.
5. Service Fees, Deposits & Surcharges

7. Payments

8. Cleaning Products, Supplies & Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide the cleaning products, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the requested service. Upon request and subject to availability, we may use eco-friendly or “green” products, or products you supply.
If you request that we use products or equipment you supply, or specialty products for particular surfaces, you do so at your own risk, and White Glove Service is not responsible for damage, discoloration, or adverse reactions resulting from customer-supplied products or from products you direct us to use. Please inform us in advance of any surfaces requiring special care or specific products (e.g., natural stone, hardwood, antiques, electronics, or delicate finishes).
9. Communications Consent (Calls, SMS & Email)
By providing your phone number and contact information to White Glove Service, you expressly consent and agree that White Glove Service may contact you at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide using:

11. Service Documentation, Photos, Videos & Media Use
11.1 Documentation
By requesting or receiving services from White Glove Service, you acknowledge and agree that our cleaning professionals, employees, and authorized representatives may capture photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media of the cleaned areas, before-and-after results, and surrounding service areas before, during, and after the service.
11.2 Authorized Uses
You agree that White Glove Service may use, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, distribute, display, and transmit such media for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to:

You grant White Glove Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable right and license to use the media described above for the purposes listed in Section 11.2. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, royalty, or other consideration for the use of such media.
11.4 Limitations on What We Capture
We make commercially reasonable efforts to limit media to the work and service-related areas and to avoid capturing:

11.5 Property Address
We will not publicly publish your street address or full property address in marketing materials without your separate written consent. General references to neighborhood, city, or region (e.g., “Brookhaven, GA” or “Atlanta metro”) may be used.
11.6 Opt-Out
If you do not wish to have media of your home or service area used for marketing or public-facing purposes, you must notify us in writing before the start of the service appointment at info@thewhitegloveco.us. Opt-out requests do not affect our right to capture and retain media for documentation, guarantee, training, insurance, and dispute-resolution purposes described in Section 11.2.
11.7 Release
You release White Glove Service, its officers, employees, contractors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the authorized uses described in this Section 11, including any claim for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or copyright infringement.
12. Reviews & Testimonials
If you provide a review, testimonial, rating, photograph, or written or video feedback to White Glove Service or post one publicly (including on Google, Yelp, Facebook, Nextdoor, Thumbtack, the Better Business Bureau, or similar platforms), you grant White Glove Service the right to share, reproduce, and display that content across our marketing channels, with attribution to your first name and last initial only unless you consent in writing to additional identification.
13. Limitations on Service & Pre-Existing Conditions
White Glove Service is not responsible for:
Cleaning results may vary based on the age, material, and condition of surfaces and items. Some stains, odors, or buildup may not be fully removable, and we do not guarantee the removal of all stains or odors. We may decline to clean certain delicate, antique, high-value, or hazardous items, or items the manufacturer’s instructions indicate should not be cleaned in the requested manner.
14. Hazardous Conditions, Biohazards & Service Exclusions
We provide general residential and commercial cleaning services only. Unless separately agreed in writing, our services do NOT include, and our staff will not perform:
You agree to disclose any known hazards before service, including mold, pests, biohazards, asbestos, lead paint or dust, or other unsafe conditions. Our staff may decline, pause, or stop service if such conditions are present, and a service fee may still apply. White Glove Service is not liable for exposure to, or conditions resulting from, undisclosed or pre-existing hazardous conditions.
15. Keys, Alarms, Access & Home Security
If you provide keys, access codes, garage codes, lockbox codes, or other means of entry, we will safeguard them using reasonable measures and use them solely to provide the requested service. You are responsible for providing accurate access information and for disarming, or providing instructions for, any alarm or security system before the appointment.
If your property is monitored by cameras or other recording devices, you consent to our staff being recorded while performing services and agree to inform us of any active surveillance. White Glove Service is not responsible for false-alarm fees, monitoring charges, or lockout situations resulting from inaccurate or undisclosed alarm or access information.

18. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Clean Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a cleaned area, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completed service, with reasonable detail and photographs where possible, using the information in Section 28.
Our sole obligation under this guarantee is to return and re-clean the specific area(s) in question at no additional charge, scheduled at a mutually convenient time. This guarantee:
Re-clean requests made after 24 hours, or for areas outside the agreed scope, may be treated as a new service request.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED SATISFACTION GUARANTEE IN SECTION 18, THE SITE, SERVICES, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHITE GLOVE SERVICE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE IS FREE FROM HARMFUL CODE, AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFEGUARDS.
This Section does not waive any non-disclaimable rights you may have under Georgia law, including those under O.C.G.A. § 11-2-314 and § 11-2-315.
20. Limitation of Liability & Damage Reporting
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHITE GLOVE SERVICE, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY:
Accidental damage or breakage is rare but can occur. You must report any alleged damage or breakage within 48 hours of service so we can investigate. At our discretion, we may repair, replace at depreciated value, or reimburse for verified damage directly caused by our staff, up to the limits below. We are not responsible for damage to items that were unstable, top-heavy, improperly hung or mounted, or already broken, worn, or fragile.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site, the Services, or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to White Glove Service for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or (b) $500.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting White Glove Service in writing.
Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in DeKalb County, Georgia, or another mutually agreed location. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. You and White Glove Service agree that any dispute will be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims and may not preside over any form of representative proceeding.
Exceptions. Either party may bring a small-claims-court action, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights, without waiving arbitration of other claims.
Limitation of Actions. Any claim arising out of these Terms or the services must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or be forever barred, except where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.
25. Force Majeure
White Glove Service is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, utility failures, supply-chain disruptions, staffing shortages, or internet/telecommunications outages.
26. General Provisions
Modifications. White Glove Service may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed work orders or invoices, constitute the entire agreement between you and White Glove Service and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

White Glove Service operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable regulations in Brookhaven, DeKalb County, and the greater Atlanta metropolitan area.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights granted to consumers under Georgia law, including under the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-390 et seq.) and the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in Georgia.
