Bedrooms and living areas are dusted, vacuumed, and set right in turn. Wood floors are washed with the right product for the wood — never one bottle for all. Stone counters are wiped with the proper cloth and product. Pet hair is lifted from upholstery, not only floors. We bring every supply and tool; you need provide nothing — not even a vacuum.

Monthly suits smaller homes, a pied-à-terre, or a house used only part of the year — a reset rather than upkeep. When unsure, begin bi-weekly and adjust after a month.
